This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all course purchases made through our platform and forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions. By completing the purchase of any course, the user (“User”) expressly acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.

• Refund Eligibility Period The User may submit a request for a refund within a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful payment (“Refund Eligibility Period”). Only refund requests received within the Refund Eligibility Period shall be considered for processing. Any refund request submitted after the expiry of the Refund Eligibility Period shall be automatically deemed invalid and shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Non-Refundability After Eligibility Period Upon the expiration of the Refund Eligibility Period, all course fees paid by the User shall become strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be granted for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-usage of the course, dissatisfaction with course content or delivery, technical issues attributable to the User’s device, software, or internet connectivity, inability to access the course, change of mind, or any personal or professional circumstances.
• Refund Request and Processing All refund requests must be submitted in writing through the designated refund request mechanism or official communication channel provided by the Company. Upon receipt of a valid refund request within the Refund Eligibility Period, the Company shall review the request and, if approved, initiate the refund process within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of such request. The actual credit of the refunded amount may be subject to additional processing time imposed by the User’s bank, card issuer, or third-party payment gateway.
• Mode of Refund All approved refunds shall be processed only through the original mode of payment used by the User at the time of purchase. No refunds shall be made in cash or through any alternative payment method.
• Company’s Discretion The Company reserves the absolute right, in its sole discretion, to approve or reject any refund request. Any decision taken by the Company in relation to a refund request shall be final, conclusive, and binding on the User.
• No Waiver The failure or delay by the Company to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision at any future time.
• Acceptance of Policy By purchasing a course, the User irrevocably agrees to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy. It is the User’s sole responsibility to review and understand this Policy prior to making any payment. No exceptions to this Policy shall be permitted.
